By developing world-class exhibitions, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is committed to raising the level of knowledge about the visual arts in Nova Scotia, and to making meaningful contributions to our communities around historical and contemporary Canadian art.
These touring exhibitions offer opportunities for dynamic engagement among regional and national audiences drawing on a variety of art styles, subject matter and cultures. From retrospectives of renowned Canadian artists to collections of the most current in contemporary art, the selection of high-caliber shows for this tour program is just a sample of the Gallery’s commitment to sharing our visual heritage.
